Since our inception in June 1989, Fancy Pokket Corporation has established itself as one of Atlantic Canada's leading manufacturers of pita bread, bagels, pizza crust, Greek pita, flat breads and tortilla wraps. Consumer acceptance of our fresh baked products has created the need for expansion. Our original 1000 sq ft. of plant space in 1989 has grown to a production facility in excess of 32,000 sq ft.
Our customer base includes Major Retail & Foodservice Chains as well as Independent Retailers & Foodservice and Industrial Accounts. Our market includes Canada. Caribbean Islands and USA.
Our products are branded under the Fancy Pokket and Paco (tortilla) label. Our Paco Tortillas have 100% separation with no sticking together. This makes them a favorite for Foodservice and industrial accounts for further processing.
Fancy Pokket emphasizes research and product development as we strive to meet market trends. Our new line of products, PitaToasters are made with whole grains and Omega-3. These products are ideal for any sandwich menu. They are a perfect fit for the Health Care Industry or health conscious consumers.

All Fancy Pokket products are now certified as kosher COR (Kashruth Council of Canada). Giving you the guarentee of no dairy or animal products used in our production.
