Greek Pita
Fancy Pokket Greek pita is a single layered flat bread and is more versatile than any other bread. It can be used as a wrap for Donairs, Gyros, Souvlaki or Garlic Fingers. It is best brushed with olive oil, top with your favorite topping, warmed on the BBQ, oven or microwave and serve.

Pre-Sliced Bagels
Once Fancy Pokket bagels are formed they are placed in a controlled atmosphere room and retarded for 10 to 12 hours. After that they are proofed, placed in one of our bagel ovens, injected with steam and baked to perfection. All bagels are pre-sliced.
